U-17: Victory in Łęczna
Wisła Kraków's junior team defeated Górnik Łęczna 3-1 away in the 28th round of the U-17 Central Junior League. Milan Olej, Maksymilian Podwysocki and Michał Chramiec scored for the White Star.
The match was decided in the first half. In the eighth minute, Milan Olej gave Wisła the lead after capitalizing on a defensive error by the hosts. Four minutes later, Górnik responded with a corner kick, leveling the score at 1-1. The White Star's reaction was immediate – in the 15th minute, Maksymilian Podwysocki completed a swift counterattack, putting his team back in front. Michał Chramiec completed the scoring in the 36th minute, finishing off a well-constructed move from the left wing.
After the break, Łęczna attempted to turn the game around, but Wisła's defense remained cautious, with goalkeeper Jakub Kowalski confidently saving several dangerous shots. The score remained unchanged until the final whistle.
