Wisła Kraków, thanks to the Foundation operating within the club, has been granted the status of a public benefit organization (PBO). This means that every White Star fan can donate 1.5% of their tax to the organization's activities in their tax return, which oversees, among other things, the operation of the entire Wisła Kraków Academy and other club sections.

The Wisła Kraków Foundation (KRS: 0000846993; NIP: 6772454164; REGON: 386364295) was established on June 24, 2020. It was headed by the director of the Wisła Kraków Academy, Krzysztof Kołaczyk, as well as the most important persons in the then structures of the joint-stock company - Jarosław Królewski (current president of the Wisła Kraków SA Sports Society, as well as the Beneficial Owner of the Wisła Kraków Foundation), Jakub Błaszczykowski and Tomasz Jażdżyński, as the main shareholders of the Club, became the Foundation Council.
For the past year and a half, the Foundation's management has been working to obtain the status of a public benefit organization, which would enable the next step in the development of the entire club. The efforts were successful, and with the decision of the Kraków-Śródmieście District Court, the Wisła Kraków Foundation can now boast this designation as of Monday, November 13th.
The Foundation's statutory responsibilities include primarily managing the Wisła Kraków Academy, including mentoring young players and organizing camps and tournaments such as the Adam Grabka Tournament, "Talent Day," and "Wisła Summer Camp." The Foundation also oversees all sections of the White Star, including the women's section, which is developing at a very dynamic pace – at both the youth and senior levels. In the last two years, the newly formed team has achieved two promotions – from the V League to the IV League in the 2021/2022 season and from the IV League to the III League in the 2022/2023 season. The girls currently sit second in the table after the fall round, with a record of 10 wins and 1 loss – identical to the leader of Group IV.
The Wisła Kraków Foundation also runs the Tadeusz Łopuszański Private School of Sports Championship. Its activities are closely linked to the club's Academy, as students in its classes are also players in the U-14, U-15, and U-16 teams. The White Star's first team also benefits from the Academy's work – Kacper Duda is a key player, and Jakub Krzyżanowski, Kamil Broda, Kuba Wiśniewski, and Dominik Sarga, all of whom have already made their debuts, have all made significant inroads into the squad in recent months.
How to donate 1.5% of your tax to the Wisła Kraków Foundation?
The application to donate 1.5% of your tax to a public benefit organization is included in your tax return, on the PIT-11 form. Simply enter the Foundation's National Court Register number (KRS) (0000846993) and the amount you wish to donate. It's important to remember that the amount cannot exceed 1.5% of your tax due, rounded down to the nearest whole tenth of a cent.
Corporate social responsibility
The Wisła Kraków Foundation conducts a range of corporate social responsibility initiatives. Club Academy coaches and players participate in activities for preschoolers and the youngest residents of Krakow and the surrounding area, encouraging active lifestyles and all kinds of physical activity.
Among the projects implemented by the club's Academy are the "Wisła Junior" series of classes, designed for boys and girls born between 2018 and 2020. These general development classes, with elements of football, are for many of them their first serious exposure to physical activity.
