Fan Card
Dear Fans! We have two convenient options for purchasing fan cards:
1) Traditional fan card in plastic version:
- Issued for a period of 2 years;
- Perfect for those who value classic solutions and physical cards;
- Cost: 20 PLN.
2) Virtual fan card:
- Indefinitely;
- Assigned directly to your customer profile;
- An excellent option for people who prefer modern and convenient digital solutions;
- Cost: PLN 0. Cards can be issued both online and in-store.

Large Family Card
1. The right to have a Large Family Card is granted indefinitely to all parents and spouses of parents who have or have had at least three children in total, and to children if they are studying up to the age of 25 (the card is personal, has an expiry date, and is held by each family member with their data (card template attached).
2. Act of 5 December 2014 on the Large Family Card "Art. 26. 1. Entities which, on the basis of the agreement referred to in Art. 24, paragraph 1, grant entitlements to members of large families, as well as institutions subordinate to the relevant ministers in which entitlements have been granted to members of large families, have the right to verify the identity of the person using the Card on the basis of a document confirming their identity (it may be an ID card, driving license, student ID, senior ID or other documents with a photo).
3. In accordance with applicable regulations regarding the Large Family Card, the Partner has the right to verify the identity of the person using such a card. They may also check the validity of the Large Family Card. In none of these cases will they process personal data as defined by law.
4. The GDPR does not apply to the mere presentation of an ID card or other identity document if the data from the card and the identity document are not recorded and the activity is not intended to enter data into a database. Presenting a document to confirm authorization without any documentation will not be an activity regulated by the GDPR.
5. The Personal Data Protection Office's Position: "Requiring a person who wishes to exercise the rights associated with a Large Family Card, but uses the traditional version without a photo, to document their identity, for example, by presenting an ID card, seems justified," states the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. He adds that this serves to verify whether the person wishing to exercise the rights associated with the Large Family Card is entitled to do so. "Simply presenting a document confirming their identity, as long as it is not copied, is not excessive," emphasizes the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The card has a single, nationwide design. It has the same dimensions as a payment card (54 x 85.6 mm).
The card contains the following data:
- name and surname,
- PESEL number,
- card expiration date,
- KDR program logo
- the abbreviation KDR (Large Family Card) written in Braille,
- protection against counterfeiting.
- The Card Number consists of 17 digits
Electronic card in the mObywatel application – the following data is included:
- name and surname,
- PESEL number,
- photo ,
- card expiration date,
- KDR program logo
- her number,
- QR code
- The card in the mObywatel app is confirmed by a trusted profile. This means that it is available to a given person, otherwise the application will not be accepted.
- the card has a photo, so there is no need to show additional documentation.
- the card in the mObywatel application fits on two screens, it is a moving element - it scrolls, so it cannot be a card scan.
KDR holders are entitled to discounts on the purchase of a ticket for the Family Sector at POK:
- Regular ticket for the price of a reduced ticket
- A children's ticket costs PLN 5 and is valid until the age of 26*
IMPORTANT! *This discount cannot be combined with other promotions. It is only available upon presentation of a valid Large Family Card and proof of identity. Valid in-store only.
