Shipping within:

• Polish is carried out via Inpost Paczkomaty 24/7, DPD,
• other countries – Polish Post.

For personalized products (e.g. a mug, a match jersey with your name), the order processing time may be up to 10 business days.

In rare cases, such as delayed delivery of goods, this period may be extended, but it will not exceed 21 days. You can obtain all information about your order by sending an inquiry to sklep@wislakrakow.com .

You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account and then going to the "Orders" tab.

 Shipping costs within Poland:

• 16 PLN – Inpost Parcel Lockers 24/7,
• 18 PLN – DPD courier, DPD Pickup (point, machine) – including in the following chains: Żabka, Dino, Kaulfand, Shell and many others.

Shipping costs abroad (Polish Post):

• within Europe PLN 59,
• other countries PLN 99.
