Last week, Wisła Kraków's CLJ U-15 team began preparations for the spring round of the 2024/2025 season. The players, along with their coaching staff, are implementing the next steps of their training plan to best prepare for the upcoming competition, demonstrate top form, and earn maximum points.

Following the Christmas and New Year break, the team's first week of preparation focused on two key aspects: player diagnostics and getting them into a training rhythm. Before the team moved on to full training sessions, it was crucial to assess the players' current physical condition. The young players underwent a series of tests, including PHV measurements, which allowed for monitoring the rate of biological development. This allowed the coaching staff to precisely adjust training loads to support their players' natural development without risking overload and, consequently, injury. Additionally, motor skills tests were conducted, providing coaches with information on the players' current fitness levels before the start of more intensive training.

The first football training session took place on Friday, with a focus on technical preparation and motor coordination. This served as a prelude to more complex training sessions that would follow in the following weeks. The goal of the day was to review basic ball handling habits and get the players back into a proper training rhythm after the break.

The full squad of 21 players has begun training with the team. Three of them are currently battling more serious injuries that require individualized attention and special supervision from the coaching staff. These players are working intensively under the supervision of a physiotherapist and a motor preparation coach, gradually increasing their training load to ensure a safe return to form.

The team also welcomed new faces. Three players from the younger age group joined the team: Bartłomiej Firszt, Oliwier Uchacz, and Szymon Jarczyk. Additionally, consultations and trials with players from other clubs are planned in the coming weeks, aimed at increasing competition within the team and raising the level of athleticism.

The Wisła Kraków CLJ U-15 team will have the opportunity to test their form during numerous friendly matches, which will be a great opportunity to test the team's form in various configurations, as well as integrate new players.
