Wisła II Kraków in the final of the PPN Kraków Polish Cup!
Tomorrow, at 6:00 PM, the grand finale of the Kraków Sub-District Polish Cup awaits! Wisła II Kraków will face Wieczysta II at the Władysław Kawula Municipal Stadium in Kraków!
The White Star's second team remains unbeaten in five league matches, showing solid form in recent weeks. Although three of those matches ended in draws, Wisła's players have consistently demonstrated their strong attacking form. Their record in cup competitions is equally impressive; Wisła have won all three matches so far, boasting an excellent goal difference of 16 goals scored and only one conceded. En route to the final, they defeated Liszczanka Liszki, Płomień Kostrze, and Michałowianka Michałowice. Now their toughest task awaits them: the final against the second team of Wieczysta Kraków, where, as is well known, previous form often takes a back seat.
Wieczysta Kraków's second team began their cup campaign a round earlier than Wisła. In the fourth round, they faced Orzeł Piaski Wielkie, winning 1-2. In subsequent matches, they confidently defeated Jutrzenka Giebułtów, Prądniczanka Kraków, and Sokół Kocmyrzów Baranówka, scoring a combined 20 goals in each. Wieczysta Kraków's second team is currently in third place in the league and is fighting for promotion to the third division, although they are 11 points behind the leaders.
Both teams boast good offensive form and high scoring rates. The team has been in remarkably good form leading up to the cup final, which promises Tuesday's match to be an incredibly exciting and unpredictable final.
