#PoPucharWi5ło: Important information regarding package distribution

Wisła Kraków has reached the FORTUNA Polish Cup final and will compete for the trophy against Pogoń Szczecin on May 2nd at 4:00 PM. The event is organized by the Polish Football Association, which will provide both clubs with 10,000 tickets entitling them to the goalmouth action.

Following their advancement to the FORTUNA Polish Cup final, Wisła Kraków has submitted a request to the Polish Football Association (PZPN) to suspend the travel ban imposed on organized groups of fans following the FORTUNA Polish Cup match in Lublin. Should the club receive a positive decision, the club will begin selling packages, the procedures for which are outlined below.

ONLY packages priced at PLN 200 will be distributed for the final match, which include a ticket, a t-shirt, and a baseball cap. Category 2 tickets within the package will cover the following sections in the north stand dedicated to Wisła Kraków fans: G7, G8, G9, G10, G11, G12, G13, G14. D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8 From the pool of tickets received, a lower grandstand was designated, where seats were reserved for fans responsible for cheering.

People with disabilities wishing to participate in the event are asked to contact the Open Arm of the White Star Foundation .

RULES FOR PURCHASING THE PACKAGE:

When purchasing a package, you won't be able to choose a specific seat ; it will be assigned by the Polish Football Association at a later date. Fans will receive confirmation of purchase at the time of purchase. It is not possible to purchase JUST A TICKET . Tickets will be sold at the Fan Service Point at the Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium in Krakow and online . To avoid queues, we suggest using the online option, which is the fastest way to purchase (we remind you that you must have an active account at bilety.wislakrakow.com).

The first phase of package distribution will be dedicated to 2023/2024 SEASON and SPRING 2024 season ticket holders. After its completion, general sales will be launched. Both in-person and online sales will be available.

Rules for purchasing the package:

- In one transaction, the subscriber will be able to purchase a package for themselves and a maximum of four other active subscription holders, i.e. five in total;

- A fan who does not have a season ticket will be able to purchase 5 packages in one transaction (in-store or online);

Fans supporting the club through membership in the Socios Wisła Association will have the opportunity to purchase packages (one package per member of the organization; the number of packages is limited). Details will be communicated through internal communications within the association. All Socios members who also hold a season ticket must purchase their package at a Customer Service Center (POK) or online directly from the club.

THE CONDITION FOR PURCHASING THE PACKAGE IS TO HAVE A PESEL NUMBER. The purchase confirmation received during the transaction will be exchanged for a ticket that will be printed at a later date by the organizer - PZPN. During the transaction, please provide the T-shirt sizes, which cannot be changed!

IMPORTANT! Purchasing a package does not entitle you to entry to the FORTUNA Polish Cup final! After completing the transaction, you must generate a ticket package purchase confirmation and use this confirmation to collect the package (ticket, t-shirt, and cap) from the Fan Service Point.

Additional information:

- the data on the confirmation and on the destination ticket cannot be changed;

- the purchase confirmation and the destination ticket cannot be refunded;

- the purchase confirmation or destination ticket cannot be transferred to another person. Purchased packages can only be collected in person;

- there will be no shipping.

To collect your package, you will need to provide proof of purchase, available in the system within your individual fan account (the process is the same as generating a match ticket at R22). To collect your package on behalf of another purchaser, you will need to have proof of purchase and know your shirt size!
