Wisła Junior – an active training project for preschool-aged children, run under the supervision of the Wisła Kraków Football Academy – is seeking a Manager! If you'd like to join a team of passionate individuals who, together with children aged 4-6, discover the joy of football, we're the place for you.

We expect our future hero to possess not only coaching skills but also creativity, empathy, and a unique approach to working with young players. Our Manager will be responsible not only for training young footballers but also for opening Wisła Junior branches in the Małopolska region and organizing preschool activities. If you have an idea for introducing children aged 4-6 to the fascinating world of football, one that develops their skills and shapes their values, we'd love to hear from you!

We expect:

- Coaching skills and experience in working with children;

- Creativity, empathy and a unique approach to working with the youngest;

- Organizational skills and management of a coaching team;

- Knowledge of social media;

- Readiness to work in the office once a week and attend Wisła Junior classes every Saturday;

- Creating a schedule of Wisła Junior classes and events;

- Substantive and organizational supervision of Wisła Junior classes;

- Adapting to the rules governing the organization of a club such as Wisła Kraków.
