Your scope of responsibilities:

· Participation in the development and implementation of the Club's marketing strategy

Collaboration with advertising agencies and other external service providers in the creation of marketing materials and merchandise

· Managing the circulation and archiving of promotional materials

· Cooperation with internal company units: PR, sales, sports, finance, legal and organizational departments

· Ensuring high substantive quality of marketing activities conducted in accordance with applicable internal procedures

· Organization and coordination of meetings with players

· Cooperation with the Open Arm of the White Star Foundation

· Cooperation with schools and universities in Małopolska to promote the Club

· Coordination of volunteer work in the family sector · Organization and coordination of the Children's Escort

· Organization and coordination of stadium tours

· Organization and coordination of requests on the telebim

· Implementing marketing services during match days · Taking care of the Club's good image

· Organization of Club events

· Co-creating content on SM Klubowe

· Editing content for the Club and SM websites from conducted marketing campaigns

· Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate superior and the Management Board

Our requirements:

· Desire to develop professionally in a sports environment

· Willingness to acquire substantive knowledge in the area of ​​marketing in a sports club

· Availability to work also on weekends (depending on the competition schedule)

· Ability to lead projects and organize own work · Proactive approach to teamwork and project management

· Ability to think creatively

· Ease of establishing contacts

· Ability to communicate both online and offline

· Commitment, creativity and the ability to work within defined time schedules

· Good command of English · Very good computer skills (MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)

· Valid category B driving license
