Position: Commercial (B2C) and Marketing Director

Wisła Kraków is seeking an experienced leader who combines a passion for sport with strong business goals. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize B2C revenue—primarily from the Official Fanshop and ticketing—while simultaneously building a strong brand, engaging fans, and incorporating modern technologies into the club's daily operations.
You'll be responsible for implementing new, pre-selected eCommerce and omnichannel technology that will integrate online and in-store sales and marketing activities into a single, cohesive system. Your decisions will be data-driven – you'll work with business intelligence tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation to analyze results, predict trends, and make decisions that increase revenue.
Your mission in the club
- Create coherent marketing and communication campaigns that attract fans to the stadium, increase online sales and build brand loyalty.
- Develop and modernize merchandising and ticketing based on data, automation and new eCommerce/omnichannel technology.
- Use modern technological solutions (CRM, marketing automation, analytical platforms, Business Intelligence systems, dynamic price lists, offer personalization).
- Combining commerce, marketing and communications into one well-oiled mechanism that works for the club's financial results and its long-term development.
Key areas of responsibility:
1. Marketing and Communications
- Creating and implementing a long-term marketing strategy based on technology and analytics.
- Omnichannel campaigns: stadium, social media, programmatic advertising, email, influencers.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of activities (KPI, ROI) based on reports from Business Intelligence systems and optimization recommendations based on real-time data.
- A cohesive club image and engaging narrative that connects the community.
- Collaboration with media, commercial partners and sponsors. Online and stationary sales development strategy.
- A modern strategy for selling seasonal and single tickets.
- Optimization of purchasing processes (online UX, mobile systems, payments).
- Dynamic pricing, bundled offers, data-driven promotions and segmentation.
- Increased attendance through targeted campaigns, automation of activities and analysis of results in BI systems.
- Online and stationary sales development strategy.
- Implementation of new eCommerce and omnichannel technology, integrating sales, warehouse, payments and marketing.
- Implementing new distribution models, loyalty programs and offer personalization.
- Cooperation with suppliers, quality control and margin optimization.
- Store integration with CRM, Business Intelligence and marketing automation systems.
- Managing the marketing, communications, ticketing and club store departments.
- Implementation of teamwork, analytics and process automation tools.
- Motivating and developing employee competencies.
- Budget management and reporting results to the board.
Who are we looking for?
- Experienced manager in marketing, B2C sales or e-commerce (sports, retail, events – welcome).
- A leader who has managed a team of at least 5–10 people and is able to work on hard KPIs.
- People with experience in performance marketing, online sales and implementing new technologies.
- A candidate comfortable working with Business Intelligence systems, CRM and analytical tools.
- Fluency in English is a must (other languages are welcome).
- A professional who can combine business, creative and technological perspectives.
- Ready to work with us on-site at the stadium on Reymonta Street.
