CLJ preview. League clashes with Puszcza, SMS Łódź, and Lechia

Wisła's Central Junior League teams face another league weekend. The U-15 and U-17 teams, facing Puszcza Niepołomice and AKS SMS Łódź respectively, will be looking to bounce back from last week's defeats, while the U-19s will try to maintain their winning streak against Lechia Gdańsk.

U-15
On Sunday afternoon, Wisła's youngest team competing in the Central Junior League will compete. The team, led by coach Dawid Ślusarczyk, opened its season two weeks ago and has a win and a loss to its name – in the first round, Wisła defeated BKS Biłgoraj 1-0, and in the second round, they lost 2-0 to Korona Kielce. This time, the players will face Puszcza Niepołomice, who recorded a similar result – first defeating "Złocisto-Krwistych" 5-2, and then suffering a heavy defeat to Garbarnia 1-6. What will be the outcome of this upcoming match? We'll find out soon.

U-17
Another league challenge awaits coach Patryk Jałocha's players, who this time will face AKS SMS Łódź. The juniors are still finding their rhythm and have four points after four demanding matches. In their last, close match, played away, they were forced to concede superiority to their opponents, losing 5-2 to Wisła Płock. This weekend's clash will be a chance for them to set a winning path, but victory certainly won't come easily. The young White Star players face an extremely difficult match, as their opponents, with just one defeat and three wins, sit third in the U-17 Central Junior League.

U-19
The U-19 team will be looking to continue their winning ways. Coach Karol Nędza's side quickly recovered from their first-round defeat and secured a perfect record in their next three matches. Wisła has already defeated Cracovia 4-1, Pogoń Szczecin 5-0, and finally defeated Warta Poznań 2-0. In the upcoming round, they will travel to Gdańsk to face local team Lechia Gdańsk. The Gdańsk team has won only one match so far this season and sits in 14th place in the league table.
