Yehor Khromykh stays longer in Wisła
Yehor Khromykh made another appearance for Wisła Kraków's second team on Sunday against Siarka Tarnobrzeg, fulfilling his contracted minutes limit. The 19-year-old's contract was automatically extended until June 30, 2026.
At the end of last year, Yehor Khromykh signed his first professional contract with Wisła Kraków. The 19-year-old signed a two-year contract until the end of June 2025, with the option of an automatic extension for another year.
The condition, however, was that he had to play a certain number of minutes. This was achieved in Sunday's second-team league match against Siarka Tarnobrzeg, where the Ukrainian midfielder came on in the second half. As a result, the Ukrainian midfielder's contract was automatically extended for another season – until the end of June 2026.
Born on April 3, 2005, Khromykh took his first steps in football with Chornomorets Odesa, from which he moved to Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk a few years later. He played for the Dnipro team for one season before joining White Star in July 2022.
Since then, he has played for the CLJ U-19 team for two years, and this season he was included in the White Star's second team, playing in the third division. The 19-year-old has already made 17 appearances this season, recording four goals and one assist.
