#WISODR: Get back on track

After the incredible excitement of the Polish Cup, it's time to get back to the daily grind of the league. Wisła Kraków players will travel to Opole to face Odra. The match is scheduled to kick off on Saturday, March 2nd at 5:30 PM. Tomasz Wajda will be the referee.

The upcoming match will be crucial in the fight for promotion. Wisła and Odra are currently neighbors in the FORTUNA 1 Liga table. Before the clash, they are tied in 5th and 6th place, respectively, with 34 points. A successful result in both cases would strengthen their position in the playoff zone and move further away from the chasing group.

The previous meeting between these teams took place in the 5th round of this season. Wisła Kraków, playing with 10 men, lost 3-1 on their home pitch after a quick red card.

Tired after the final overtime, but certainly highly motivated, the White Star players will be looking to avenge their previous defeat and bring all three points to Krakow. Odra Opole has won just once in their last five matches, recording a draw and three defeats.

Unfortunately, this will be another trip without fans from Krakow. The letter we received states that the police's opinion—indicating the potential risk of illegal behavior by visiting fans—influenced Odra's decision not to open the section designated for visiting fans.
