The survey involved 2,315 respondents. The largest group in the study was aged 27 to 35. A staggering 47% of those surveyed had watched more than 10 White Star home matches live. This group also rated the club's website very highly. A significant majority of those surveyed preferred single tickets, with only 39% purchasing a season ticket or season pass.

We're very pleased with the high number of survey respondents, as it allows us to draw concrete conclusions about our operations. Here are a few highlights:
As many as 90% of survey participants prefer to purchase tickets online. This is crucial, as we strive to maximize the share of tickets purchased online in total match ticket sales. Online ticket sales are more convenient, less time-consuming, and increase the comfort of fans.
To meet your expectations, the Official Fanshop will soon offer more women's products, including new sweatshirts. Furthermore, the current A3 team poster will be available in the store, and the Retro collection will be expanded with new women's T-shirts.

Wisła Kraków places great emphasis on the continuous development of its communications, and as a result, we strive to stay up-to-date with current social media trends. We are gradually implementing more engaging content. We recently created an Instagram feed, allowing you to stay up-to-date with our content.

Each season, we offer you more and more events outside of the matchdays. We're delighted with the interest and the large attendance. Last season, we saw the highest attendance during the Day with Wisła Kraków at Galeria Bronowice and at the Team Presentation. Due to the high interest in the event, we've decided to invite the White Star players back to meet the fans. Just like last year, there were plenty of smiles, photos with their idols, and opportunities to shop for tricolors at the Official Fanshop.

Many respondents raised the topic of catering in the survey as an area for improvement and improvement. Thanks to your responses, we have a broader perspective on the current catering situation. To ensure the highest possible quality and service on matchday, we are analyzing your feedback regarding catering operations and working to provide additional solutions to improve fan service and the quality of food and beverage consumption during matches.
