Fight for valuable points in the Central Junior League
More exciting matches are coming up in the Central Junior League! On Saturday, the U-19 and U-17 teams will face Pogoń Szczecin and Cracovia, respectively, while the U-15 team will kick off the current Central Junior League season the following day with a match against BKS Biłgoraj.
CLJ U-19: Wisła Kraków - Pogoń Szczecin, Saturday, August 24, 11:00
Coach Karol Nędza's side will be the first to enter the league action, hosting their peers from Pogoń Szczecin in Myślenice. A week ago, the young Wisła players impressively demonstrated their good form, thrashing Cracovia 4-1 in the derby, securing their first set of points of the season. Hugo Woyny-Orlewicz, Filip Baniowski, and Kajetan Świętochowski were among the scorers in the match, and an own goal by a Pasy player sealed the victory for the Reymont team.
The players from Szczecin also had reasons to celebrate, as after a fierce duel they triumphed in the match against Legia Warsaw 5-3.
The match between Wisła Kraków and Pogoń Szczecin will start on Saturday at 11:00.
CLJ U-17: Cracovia - Wisła Kraków, Saturday, August 24, 1:00 p.m.
A crucial match also awaits the players led by coach Patryk Jałocha. The young Wisła players will travel to Rączna on Saturday for a thrilling derby against Cracovia. Last round, the Kraków team played an away match against Igloopol Dębica, where they displayed excellent form and incredible efficiency. Ultimately, the home side were forced to concede superiority to the visitors, losing 3-0. This victory was the first victory for Wisła in the current autumn round.

The U-15 team will kick off the Central Junior League! Under the watchful eye of coach Dawid Ślusarczyk, the players have been following a training plan over the past few weeks to optimally prepare for the upcoming competition. During the training, they also played several valuable friendlies against strong opponents, providing a good grounding before the league. Now it's time to start fighting for league points and victory in the U-15 Central Junior League, and the White Star's first opponent will be BKS Biłgoraj.
The match is scheduled to start at 5:00 p.m.
