TS Wisła Kraków SA and Wieczysta Kraków, acting in the spirit of responsibility, partnership and care for the long-term interests of Kraków sport, present a common position regarding the organisation of home matches in the current and upcoming season.

Due to the exceptionally demanding sports season for both clubs, the direct battle between TS Wisła Kraków SA and Wieczysta Kraków for promotion to the Ekstraklasa, as well as the need to coordinate the match schedule, television broadcasts, Multileague requirements, securing the pitch, and ensuring the highest organizational standards in the event of three teams operating at the Synerise Arena - Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium in Kraków - Wisła Kraków, Wieczysta Kraków, and Shakhtar Donetsk - the parties have jointly agreed on the following solutions:

  1. Wieczysta Kraków will finish the current season with home matches at the stadium in Sosnowiec.
  2. Wieczysta Kraków will also be entitled to play potential play-off matches (not colliding with TS Wisła Kraków SA matches) ending the 2025/2026 season at Synerise Arena - Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium in Kraków.
  3. TS Wisła Kraków SA will grant Wieczysta Kraków a contract to play at the Synerise Arena - Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium in Kraków in the First League or Ekstraklasa competitions from the 2026/2027 season.

The above decisions were made in a responsible and pragmatic manner, taking into account logistical, infrastructural and production realities, including television broadcasting, the Multileague and broadcasters' schedules, which significantly limit operational flexibility in the context of parallel use of the stadium by three teams.

Both clubs emphasize that the above arrangements are the result of substantive dialogue, mutual trust, and shared responsibility for the stable operation of sports infrastructure in Krakow. The adopted solutions take into account both domestic and international obligations, including the presence of Shakhtar Donetsk, as well as the growing importance of media product quality, broadcast security, and competition continuity.

The aim of the adopted decisions is to ensure optimal sporting conditions, protect the stadium infrastructure and pitch, minimize organizational risks and build long-term sporting and media value for all parties.
