Wisła Kraków once again confirms its position as one of the most innovative football clubs in the world in terms of implementing modern technological solutions.
The club was the first in Poland and one of the few in the world to launch a modern AI Agent – an intelligent, conversational assistant based on artificial intelligence, which is available to fans directly on the Wisła Kraków website.
The new solution enables quick and intuitive access to key club information 24/7. This is another step by Wisła Kraków towards modern, digital communication with fans, partners, and the club's entire network.
The AI Agent allows fans to ask questions regarding sporting and organizational matters, product availability, and publicly available financial and corporate information, among other topics. It also supports fans in the club store by providing information about product availability and offers.
" Wisła Kraków is a club that isn't afraid to experiment and embrace modern solutions. AI Agent is a tool that streamlines access to information and significantly improves the fan experience. It's an example of how tradition can go hand in hand with technology, " emphasizes Jarosław Królewski, president of the management board of Wisła Kraków SA.
The project was designed as a long-term solution and has been undergoing testing for over a year. In subsequent stages of development, the AI Agent will be expanded to include detailed match results, team and individual statistics, and historical data, creating a single, centralized access point for Wisła Kraków knowledge in the form of a natural conversation.
The launch of AI Agent is part of Wisła Kraków's broader digital transformation strategy, which aims to build a modern, transparent and scalable model of communication with fans and stakeholders.
