Wisła Kraków and Fokus announce strategic technology partnership

Wisła Kraków and Fokus are pleased to announce the launch of a strategic partnership aimed at further strengthening the Club’s capabilities in sports management, financial planning, and long-term squad strategy. This collaboration goes far beyond a standard software implementation — it represents the coming together of two strong technology-driven organizations united by a shared ambition to build competitive advantage through data, analytics, and modern systemic solutions.

Wisła Kraków will become the first football club in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) to implement the Fokus platform, marking an important milestone in the region’s technological advancement within professional football.

Wisła Kraków is among a select group of football clubs worldwide that, alongside its sporting operations, develops its own proprietary software and scientific solutions to support sports department management. The Club has consistently invested in building an internal technological ecosystem integrating data analytics, financial modeling, and advanced decision-support tools. The partnership with Fokus is a natural extension of this strategy - bringing together two entities that view technology as a cornerstone of sustainable competitive performance.

As part of the partnership, Wisła Kraków will leverage the Fokus platform to enhance squad structure management, wage budget planning, contract analysis, and long-term transfer scenario modeling. The solution was developed in close collaboration with Bodø/Glimt and supported the Norwegian club during its remarkable growth and successful European campaigns in recent seasons.
