A weekend marked by high victories for the Academy's junior teams

Another intense weekend for the young Wisła team! The Krakow team competed in challenging league matches, with victories against Górnik Wieliczka, Pcimianka Pcim, and Clepardia particularly noteworthy.

D2 Lesser Poland League, Youth

The youngsters competing in the Lesser Poland league put up a fantastic performance against Górnik Wieliczka! The Wieliczka side started the match better, opening the scoring in the 5th minute, but from the 28th minute on, the visitors struck again, ultimately defeating Górnik 9-1! This impressive victory strengthened the position of the young Wisła players, and they currently sit at the bottom of the table with 22 points.

The youngsters playing in the provincial league also had plenty to celebrate. The Kraków team clashed away against Pcimianka Pcim, giving the hosts little chance. The visitors found the back of the net five times, guarded by the Pcim goalkeeper, while the Wisła defense held their own, resulting in a 5-0 victory for the Kraków team. With 33 points, the Kraków team sits at the top of the table.

The Reymont team executed well-organized moves and launched attacks, and most importantly, showed off their effectiveness, scoring 10 goals. Thanks to the impressive victory, Wisła players are just off the podium, with 21 points.
