Wisła II: end the series of draws in Kielce
After Saturday's 1-1 draw with Sandecja Nowy Sącz, the White Star's second-team squad is undoubtedly feeling a huge sense of dissatisfaction. A last-gasp victory leaves Wisła still waiting for their first full set of points in the Betclic 3rd League. They have a chance to improve that situation tomorrow. At 5:00 PM in Kielce, coach Bartosz Bąk's men will face Korona's reserves.
Korona II Kielce, like Wisła Kraków's second team, is also a newcomer to the Betclic 3rd League this year. Currently in 10th place in the league table, they are two spots ahead of Biała Gwiazda.
Coach Marek Mierzwa's players have so far recorded a draw with Avia Świdnik (1:1), a victory against Wisłoka Dębica (2:0), and last weekend they lost to Podlasie in Biała Podlaska (0:3).
Both teams will be heading into this match eager to redeem themselves. Wisła, after three draws (1-1 with KSZO, 3-3 with Świdniczanka, and 1-1 with Sandecja), are looking to finally get back on the winning track, while the Golden Bloods are eager to prove that their defeat to Podlasie was merely an industrial accident.
The match will be played on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. in Kielce.
