Wisła II Kraków draws in the clash with Siarka Tarnobrzeg
Wisła II Kraków drew 2-2 in Friday's clash with Siarka Tarnobrzeg after conceding two goals in stoppage time.
The first half of the match between Wisła II Kraków and Siarka Tarnobrzeg was dominated by the home team. Wisła created several good chances early on, but in the ninth minute, their opponents were forced to cope with a man down after a red card for a foul on Tokarczyk. Moments later, Wiktor Szywacz capitalized on his numerical advantage, opening the scoring in the 17th minute with a precise shot from around the sixteenth meter mark. The White Star had opportunities to extend its lead, with Sukiennicki, Woś, and Szywacz coming close, but good saves from the Siarka goalkeeper and a lack of precision in their finishing kept the score unchanged at halftime. The first half ended with Wisła leading 1-0, while they maintained control of the game.
The second half began with bolder attacks from the visitors, but it was Wisła who quickly seized the initiative. In the 51st minute, the White Star's players extended their lead. After a corner kick and a brilliant pass from Tokarczyk, Igor Woś found the back of the net for Wisła's second goal. In the following minutes, Wisła continued to push for more chances, creating further opportunities, including a free kick from Szywacz and a dangerous shot from Sarga after a mistake by a Siarka defender. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse late in the match. First, Chmiel received a second yellow card, leveling the score with 10 men. In stoppage time, the opposition, encouraged by Wisła's red card, managed to beat Chichkan twice to equalize. The match ended 2-2.
