Wisła II: The losing streak is broken. Victory in Tarnów

Coach Bartosz Bąk's side finally ended their winless streak. The Kraków team defeated Unia Tarnów 4-0 away, thanks to goals from Wiktor Szywacz, including one from the penalty spot, and goals from Maciej Kuziemka and Dominik Sarga.

Both teams entered this match eager to redeem themselves after a less-than-stellar start to their third-division matches. In the first half, both Wisła and Unia struggled to impose their own style and take control of the game. Wiktor Szywacz proved effective in the seventh minute, perfectly aiming a long-range shot into the top corner, leaving the home goalkeeper no chance. After opening the scoring, Wisła attempted to build on further organized attacks, while their opponents sought a quick equalizer. However, both teams remained rife with errors and turnovers, and the fans had to wait a while for further chances. In the 36th minute, fortune smiled on the visitors – after a foul on Karol Tokarczyk in the penalty area, the referee pointed to the penalty spot. Wiktor Szywacz stepped up and confidently slotted the ball into the net, extending his team's lead.

Three-point performance

After the break, the locals looked to quickly attack and respond with a shot on target, but their attempts were inconsistent. The Kraków team also showed no signs of slowing down, searching for further opportunities in front of Unia's goal. Ultimately, the second half also saw few chances, but the visitors managed to threaten the Tarnów goalkeeper several times. Dominik Sarga had his chances, and Maciej Kuziemka also tried to find the back of the net. The young Wisła player finally found the target in the 75th minute, reacting perfectly to a corner kick in the chaos in the penalty area and beating the opposing goalkeeper. Just before the end of regulation time, the Kraków team again gave their opponents a hard time thanks to a well-placed strike from Dominik Sarga. Karol Sałamaj delivered a cross directly onto the Wisła striker's head, making the score 4-0.
