General Meeting of Shareholders - information

We would like to inform you that the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Wisła Kraków Sports Association is scheduled for December 18, 2023, and voting will also take place remotely.

Detailed information on the organization of the General Meeting is available in the announcement published in the Court and Economic Monitor of 23 November 2023 [ ANNOUNCEMENT ] and below.

Participation in the General Meeting of the Wisła Kraków SA Sports Association is not obligatory, and voting and counting votes will also be possible remotely under the terms set out below.

It will be possible to vote remotely (via the Internet) before the General Meeting on the date set by TF Wisła Kraków SA, i.e. from 11 December 2023 (Monday) from 8:00 a.m. to 15 December 2023 (Friday) by 8:00 p.m. The Company will use electronic means of communication – a dedicated electronic voting application eWZAOnline.

Each Shareholder of Towarzystwo Sportowe Wisła Kraków S.A. disclosed in the share register will be sent by email on December 8, 2023, with a login and password to activate their account in the eWZAOnline application, which will be used to vote remotely both before the date of the General Meeting of Shareholders (scheduled for December 11-15, 2023) and during the General Meeting of Shareholders on December 18, 2023. A shareholder who voted between December 11-15, 2023 will no longer vote on December 18, 2023, and their vote will be counted during voting on the day of the General Meeting.

The General Meeting of Shareholders may be attended by shareholders disclosed in the electronic share register of Wisła Kraków Sports Association, established on December 11, 2023.

To streamline the voting process, we recommend and encourage remote voting. Login instructions and rules for voting using the app are available on the website.
