General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 - information

We would like to inform you that the General Meeting of Shareholders of TS Wisła Kraków SA is scheduled for December 30, 2024, and voting will also take place remotely.

Detailed information on the organization of the General Meeting is available in the announcement published in the Court and Economic Monitor of 6 December 2024 [ ANNOUNCEMENT ] and below.

Participation in the General Meeting of TS Wisła Kraków SA is not obligatory, and voting and counting of votes will also be possible remotely under the terms set out below.

It will be possible to vote remotely (via the Internet) before the General Meeting on the date set by TS Wisła Kraków S.A., i.e. from 20 December 2024 (Friday) from 9:00 a.m. to 27 December 2024 (Friday) by 8:00 p.m. The Company will use electronic means of communication – a dedicated electronic voting application eWZA Online.

Each Shareholder of TS Wisła Kraków S.A. disclosed in the electronic share register will be sent an email with a login and password on December 19, 2024 to activate their account in the eWZA Online application, which will be used to vote remotely both before the date of the General Meeting (i.e. from December 20 to 27, 2024) and during the General Meeting (i.e. on December 30, 2024). A shareholder who voted between December 20 and 27, 2024 will no longer vote on December 30, 2024, and their vote will be counted during voting on the date of the General Meeting.

The General Meeting may be attended by shareholders disclosed in the electronic share register of TS Wisła Kraków SA established on 23 December 2024.
