Wisła II: A big victory against MKS Trzebinia

The White Star reserve team hosted MKS Trzebinia in the 28th round of the JAKO IV League. The match ended in a resounding 7-0 victory for the home side, with goals for Wisła coming from Dawid Olejarka (2), Karol Tokarczyk (2), Dominik Sarga (2), and Jakub Niewiadomski.

The hosts immediately took the initiative and pressed their opponents hard from the start, quickly creating chances. In the sixth minute, the home side won a corner, and Jakub Niewiadomski found the back of the net after crossing, opening the scoring. After the goal, the Kraków team gained momentum and continued to press the opposition's goal, keeping them from gaining any foothold. The White Star had plenty of attempts, with Dominik Sarga and Dawid Olejarka each having their chances. The latter finally got his way – in the 25th minute, he was met by Mariusz Kutwa and then fired a long-range shot into the net. However, this wasn't just a one-off display of skill from the White Star player, as he once again thundered home from distance in the 33rd minute, beating the Trzebinia goalkeeper. The hosts were able to celebrate another goal just a few dozen seconds later when they put together a well-organized move, with Kuba Wiśniewski passing the ball into the penalty area to Dominik Sarga, who without hesitation slotted the ball home. Wisła showed no mercy for their opponents and refused to rest on their four-goal lead. Just before halftime, Jakub Niewiadomski headed a cross from a corner kick, which found the feet of Karol Tokarczyk, who finished the move with goal number five. Finally, however, a chance arose for the visitors – in the dying seconds of the first half, the referee awarded a penalty, but the MKS Trzebinia player failed to convert the set piece, firing wide.

Good form sealed with victory!

The visitors came out in the second half determined to fight back against Wisła, creating several chances but ultimately failing to capitalize on any of them. The home side's bold play somewhat thwarted the hosts, but the home side finally regained their footing and regained control of the game. Wisła went on the offensive, building further attacks, which were followed by shots from Oliwier Micek and Dawid Olejarka. In the 63rd minute, Kamil Kaczówka sparked the attack, then passed the ball through to Karol Tokarczyk, who fired a precise shot from distance. The goalkeeper had the ball in his hands, but the shot fell just short of saving it. Wisła weren't satisfied with even this high score, so they searched for opportunities to extend their lead until the very end. In the 83rd minute, Piotr Ćwik played a short free kick to Dawid Olejarka, and Wiślak passed the ball into the penalty area to Dominik Sarga, who placed his foot perfectly, directing the ball into the net and thus establishing the score 7-0!
