U-19: Defeat in Gdynia
Although Wisła Kraków's juniors started the match in Gdynia with great energy and a two-goal lead, they were unable to maintain their advantage. Arka Gdynia fought back, and a late penalty kick secured a 3-2 victory in the 27th round of the U-19 Central Junior League.
Wisła Kraków's senior juniors have another tough match ahead of them. The team continues to struggle to break their losing streak and is currently winless for the fifth time in a row. This time, the young Wisła players lost 3-2 away to Arka Gdynia.
The match's early stages offered hope for a breakthrough. Maciej Pachel opened the scoring in the 23rd minute, and Radosław Wójcicki made it 2-0 ten minutes later. Just when it seemed Wisła had the match under control, the hosts launched a comeback. Just before halftime, Laszczyk scored a consolation goal, giving Arka a boost in the second half.
Arka took the initiative after the break. Piotrowski equalized in the 60th minute, and with five minutes remaining in regulation time, the hosts won a penalty. Kaczmarek confidently scored from the penalty spot, giving his team a valuable victory.
