U-14: Time to work hard
Similarly to the U-16 and U-15 teams of Wisła Kraków, the U-14 team players also resumed training, thus beginning preparations for the next league season.
Like Wisła Kraków's U-16 and U-15 teams, the U-14 team has also resumed training, beginning preparations for the next league season. In early August, coach Michał Tyrka's players will also head to Wola Chorzelowska for a training camp.
This week, in addition to the U-16 and U-15 teams, Wisła Kraków's U-14 team also returned to work. The young Wisła players held their first training session on the new pitch at R22, and during the pre-season, they will also hone their form at the complex on Piastowska Street.
The team, led by coach Michał Tyrka this season, plans to play four friendly matches. In early August, the young Wisła players will also attend a training camp in Wola Chorzelowska.
"The beginning of preparations is really about taking a closer look at several players who are currently on trial with us. In the first week, we've also planned motor skills tests for our players to see what their current level is. We also have a few test games planned against interesting teams, and I hope they will show us exactly where we are. We're also getting a few new players who will definitely improve the team's quality. This will create competition between the guys, so each of them can improve their skills," emphasizes coach Michał Tyrka.
U-14 team preparation plan:
- 19/07 - sparring with Spartak Trnava (Slovakia)
- 27/07 - sparring with Tatran Presov (Slovakia)
- 4-10/08 - camp in Wola Chorzelowska
- 9/08 - sparring with Stal Rzeszów (Wola Chorzelowska)
We will soon know the exact date of the league season's inauguration.
