The Official Fanshop is a permanent fixture at the stadium near R22. Due to the development of this area, we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor. Apply if you are passionate, committed, and have a keen interest in football.

Your scope of responsibilities:
• active customer service in the store;
• taking care of the appearance and cleanliness of the store;
• stock replenishment and inventory control;
• resource allocation;
• high personal culture and interpersonal skills;
• taking care of the good image of the store and the Club;
• implementation of the Club's marketing strategy;
• cooperation with other departments of the Club.

Our requirements:
• experience as a salesperson, contact with customer service;
• availability;
• proactive approach to teamwork;
• ability to work under pressure;
• knowledge of English at least at a communicative level;
• good organization and time optimization;
• knowledge of MS Office;
• student status is welcome;
• interest in football and current trends among fans will be an additional advantage.
