Jan Molenda's first professional contract
Jan Molenda has signed his first professional contract with Wisła Kraków. The player, who played for the U-17 team in the Central Junior League last season, has signed a two-year contract with the club with the option to extend it for another year.
Jan Molenda was born on August 2, 2007, and began his football career at the age of 7, joining STF Champion Warszawa. He honed his skills there for the next 9 years, and in July 2023, he moved to Reymont and joined the U-17 team led by coach Patryk Jałocha. The young player quickly won over coaches and teammates, becoming a key player for the White Star team competing in the Central Junior League. Last season, he made 17 appearances and scored 3 goals.
Now the player has decided to continue his stay at the Kraków club and tie his immediate future to the White Star, signing a two-year contract with an option to extend it.
An important step towards development
A first contract is a turning point in a young footballer's life. As the player recalls, this document and the opportunity he received are a source of pride for him, as it serves as a testament to the hard work and commitment he puts into training and matches.
"I'm incredibly proud and pleased to have signed a contract with Wisła. I'm glad that my work in training and matches has been recognized and that I've been given the opportunity to continue my footballing career at this club," said Jan Molenda.
Wiślak also spoke about his feelings after his first season at Reymont. "I feel a great honor to represent such a successful club as Wisła. It's certainly not easy due to the expectations and the great responsibility placed upon us. I believe that this contract and the opportunity to play for Wisła will contribute to my development as a footballer. I'm also glad that there was and still is a good atmosphere in the team, and that my teammates welcomed me very warmly," he concluded.
Congratulations and good luck!
