Summary of the autumn round of the U13 team

The U13 team players have had an intense autumn season.

"We started preparing for the fall round in August. I am the coach of this team for the first season, so the key to a good functioning of the team was to build a good atmosphere based on mutual understanding and establishing the rules that govern the team. Then we left for a week-long camp in Zawoja where we had a lot of time not only for development football but also the integration of the entire U-13 team. During the period During the preparatory phase, we played a friendly match, among others, with the Wolbromska Football Academy Young hits with the Wisła Kraków U-16 team. We focused primarily on all on individual and group activities, but we also focused on key elements of the game, i.e. opening the game from the goal and finishing.
The beginning of the round was not kind to us in terms of results. Despite winning 6-1 in the first match We had to concede to our rivals' superiority several times. Ultimately, we won 4th place. wins and 1 draw, which put us in 5th place in the league. Result was not a priority for us and I repeated this to the players from the very beginning. The main goal was to implement specific activities that we were working on training sessions, including bold play and building self-confidence in 1x1 situations, basic individual and group activities (triangle game, circulation game, playing against the wall, getting into position) and patiently building the game from the goal under pressure from the opponent. I think that we definitely managed to achieve higher to achieve the above goals, however, there is still a lot of work ahead of us, The players are ready for this. They have enormous potential and character, which they showed it many times in league matches and also in friendly matches We played one tournament in Radziszów where we took 3rd place place for 8 teams, but we are not slowing down because we still have a tournament ahead of us in Charsznica on November 16 and a two-day indoor tournament in Krzeszowice where there will be an opportunity to work on our team's game.
