Karolina Woźniczka provides mental and psychological support for the young players.
Team coach Kamil Król summed up the preparation period as follows:
"We began preparations for the new season on July 16th. During the first meetings, together with the coaching staff, we presented the players with a work plan and a team operational concept. We emphasized that the most important goal of this team is to best prepare the boys individually for playing in the older age groups.
Several new players have joined the team, and we are gradually introducing them to our system and team rules. During the preseason, we played seven friendly matches against various opponents, allowing us to test different game variants, assess the players' performance, and gather valuable experience.
The entire preparation process is focused primarily on developing the players’ individual skills, but also on building a common team identity, which in the upcoming season is to create the best possible conditions for further football development.”
Wisła Kraków U-16 will kick off the B1 U-17 league on Saturday, August 23, at 10:00 AM, when they will face Cracovia in a derby match.
