Scope of responsibilities

- Planning, conducting and analyzing motor training (strength, speed, power, coordination, injury prevention).

- Monitoring loads and reporting in the club system.

- Close cooperation with team coaches, physiotherapists and analysts.

- Mandatory attendance at league matches (weekends).

Working with technology and data

We are an academy that actively develops the department performance. We work with GPS systems, use the Playermaker system, and Players' physical and motor data are an important part of our process training and evaluation. Location and scope of work

- Work in Kraków or Myślenice (assignment depends on qualifications).

- 3-5 days a week + match day - we will establish the schedule together after recruitment.

Requirements

- Experience in a sports club (internship, volunteering, assistantship or full-time position);

- Knowledge in the field of motor preparation of young people;

- Independence, communication skills and willingness to continuously develop;

- Mile Experience with working with physical data and knowledge is desirable measurement systems;
