Summary of the weekend of young Wisła players

More performances from Wisła's young players are behind us! This time, the U-13 team faced Respekt Myślenice and Bronowianka Kraków on Saturday, while the U-15 team tested their skills against Filkówka Barwałd Średni.

U-13: Interesting duels with Respekt Myślenice and Bronowianka Kraków

On Saturday afternoon, the Wisła Kraków women's team traveled to Myślenice to play a league match against Respekt Myślenice. The match was marked by fierce battles for possession and attempts to construct coherent plays, and even the pouring rain didn't deter the players. The home team maintained their advantage and, after the final whistle, were able to celebrate three points on home turf after a resounding 9-0 victory. Despite losing the match, the Wisła women's team deserved recognition for their valiant fight to the end, refusing to give up and attempting to break through the home team's well-matched defense.

Respekt Myślenice – UKS Wisła Kraków 9:0

On Monday afternoon, during a training session, Wisła Kraków's players played a boys' league match, this time facing the Bronowianka Kraków women's team. From the very first minutes, the players in red jerseys dominated the match, boldly and creatively building attacks and finding the back of the net. The extensive squad selected by the coach for this match allowed for numerous positional rotations and allowed many young players to showcase their skills. The match ended with a final 8-2 victory for the Reymont team, securing three points. Alicja Gazda also played her first match in this match and came close to scoring her first goal.

U-15: A challenging clash with Filkówka Barwałd Średni

Wisła's young players had the opportunity to test their skills against Filkówka Barwałd Średni on Saturday afternoon. The Reymont players were motivated to fight, desperately trying to find the back of the net, but this time their opponents proved too strong. Filkówka Barwałd Średni claimed a resounding victory, winning 11-1. Late in regulation time, the Kraków team managed to score a consolation goal thanks to a well-placed shot by Anna Zborowska.
