Poland kicked off the tournament on April 29th with a match against Finland. The match started brilliantly for the Polish national team, with Oliwier Altewęgier scoring in the second minute. Unfortunately, the Finns dominated from there, responding with four goals. Kopijka came on after the break and tried to regulate the team's play in midfield.

The following day, Poland faced Hungary. Coach Rafał Lasocki's side took the lead through a goal by Filip Fras, but again they were unable to maintain their advantage. Hungary won 3-1, with Kacper Kopijka playing most of the match, showing commitment and solid work in midfield.
