Wisła Kraków Football Academy is looking for a candidate for the position of Coach

Place of work: Krakow

Form of employment: training cooperation (form to be agreed)

Start date: October 2025

Main tasks:

- Co-conducting training units in accordance with the AP Wisła Kraków training concept,

- Collaboration in planning and implementing training microcycles,

- Participation in matches, tournaments and events organized by the Academy,

- Maintaining training and evaluation documentation of players,

- Constant communication with parents and participation in individual meetings,

- Supporting the selection process and individual development of players,

Requirements:

- Minimum UEFA C license,

- Experience in working with children or youth football,

- Knowledge of programs supporting the work of the Trainer,

- Ability to work in a coaching team (coordination of activities),

- Openness to development,
