Job Offer: Youth Scouting Coordinator at the Wisła Kraków Football Academy

Due to the expansion of its scouting department, the Wisła Kraków Football Academy is seeking a Youth Scouting Coordinator, who will be responsible for developing and implementing a youth talent strategy. This position will play a key role in identifying and recruiting players for the Football Academy.

Location: Kraków / Małopolska (possibility of nationwide activities)

Form of cooperation: B2B/contract of mandate

Start of work: November 2025

SCOPE OF DUTIES

- Coordination of scouting activities in the region and at the national level.

- Creation and supervision of a network of field scouts.

- Organizing and conducting scouting activities.

- Collaboration with coaches, stage coordinators and the analysis department in the evaluation of players.

- Systematic creation of reports in line with the Academy's internal standards.

- Building and updating the player database.

- Cooperation with partner clubs in the exchange of information and observation of players.

- Participation in the selection and recruitment process of players for the Academy.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in scouting, coaching or analytical work in youth football.

- Very good knowledge of the youth football community in Poland.

- Ability to assess a player's potential and knowledge of academy selection models.

- Experience in creating player reports.

- Knowledge of analytical tools.

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Category B driving license, willingness to travel on business.

- Independence, punctuality and teamwork skills.
