Picking up packages for the final match of #POGWIS

Wisła Kraków has reached the FORTUNA Polish Cup final and will compete for the trophy against Pogoń Szczecin on May 2nd at 4:00 PM. The event is organized by the Polish Football Association. Here's information on how to collect your ticket for this match.

To collect your merchandise, please visit the Fan Zone (POK) from Wednesday, April 24th, at 9:00 a.m. To collect your packages , you will need to provide proof of purchase, which is available in the system within your individual fan account (the process is the same as generating a match ticket at R22). To collect your package on behalf of another purchaser, you will need to provide proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE! Tickets purchased in the Fan Zone or online at bilety.wislakrakow.com are merely confirmation of the ticket package. They do not entitle you to entry to the PGE Narodowy Stadium. You must collect the package, which includes a ticket, a T-shirt, and a baseball cap.

Socios members will find confirmations in their fan account at bilety.wislakrakow.com.

If you don't have an account, select "Create an account" and provide your PESEL number, email address, and password. A confirmation PDF will be waiting for you in your created account.

The opening hours of the POK will be extended so that every fan can collect their package:

Wednesday, April 24: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Thursday: April 25: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday: 26/04: 9:00 - one hour after the last whistle in the match #WISPOD
Saturday: 27/04: 10:16
Sunday: April 28: 10:00 - 16:00
Monday: April 29: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday: April 30: 9:00-20:00
