Mariusz Kondak strengthens the sports department of Wisła Kraków

We are pleased to announce that as of October 1st, Mariusz Kondak will take over the position of Head of Analytics at Wisła Kraków – a valued specialist in the field of analysis, who will strengthen the sports department of our Club with his knowledge and experience.

As Director of Analytics, he will be responsible for managing the analytics department within the club's sports division. This role will support the evaluation of current processes within the sports division and serve as an important element in strategic decision-making.

Since 2016, Mariusz Kondak has been gaining experience at the Ekstraklasa level in various roles, including in recent years (2022-2025) he successfully worked at Raków Częstochowa. Initially as an assistant coach responsible for analysis (working with coaches Marek Papszun and Dawid Szwarga), and most recently as the club's technical director, overseeing recruitment processes.
