Mariusz Jop is the coach of the month for July and August 2025

Mariusz Jop has been named Betclic 1 League Coach of the Month for July and August 2025. The award for the 2025/2026 season is presented in cooperation with league sponsor Suzuki.

Under the leadership of coach Mariusz Jop, Wisła Kraków have enjoyed an excellent start to the 2025/26 Betclic 1 League season. Wisła Kraków secured full points from all matches played in July and August, including a resounding 5-0 victory over Śląsk Wrocław. The team has collected eighteen points in the opening rounds of the season, marking the best start in the club's history in this competition.

The Coach of the Month is selected by a panel of experts, including representatives of all 18 Betclic 1st League clubs, category sponsor Suzuki, the competition's television partner TVP SPORT, and the Polish First Football League. Starting in the 2025/2026 season, the Football Coaches Association, which became the event's content partner, also has a say.

Mariusz Jop won 15 votes and clearly left behind Adam Nocoń from Pogoń Siedlce (3 votes) and Przemysław Cecherz from Wieczysta Kraków (2 votes).
