Maciej Pachel with a professional contract
Maciej Pachel is the latest player to sign a professional contract with the Wisła Kraków Football Academy. The 18-year-old joined Reymont in 2018 and last season was a key member of the U-19 team playing in the Central Junior League.
Maciej Pachel began his journey with the Wisła Academy in 2018, joining the U-13 team. In the 2018/2019 season, he and his teammates celebrated their victory in the Małopolska Youth League. The right-back took his first steps in football with AP 21. Pachel consistently rose through the Academy ranks and was a key player in the U-19 team last season. At the Central Junior League level, the 18-year-old made 29 appearances, scoring one goal. He logged a total of 2,032 minutes of playing time.
Pachel has signed a two-year contract with the Wisła Kraków Football Academy (until the end of June 2026) with the option to extend it for another year. "I'm incredibly proud to have signed this contract. I've been at the club for a long time, and I don't hide the fact that this was my goal," emphasizes the 18-year-old defender.
Pachel also revealed his plans for the coming months. "For now, I'd simply like to perform well in the U-19 team and maintain the level I achieved in the spring round of last season, where things were much better. I won't deny, however, that I'd like to move up a level and get a chance in the reserve team. That's my goal," Maciej Pachel assured after signing with the Wisła Academy.
Maciej, congratulations and good luck!
