#GKSWIS match without the participation of visiting fans

The 33rd round of the FORTUNA 1 Liga will be played without Wisła Kraków fans in attendance. The #GKSWIS match has been classified as a high-risk mass event, which is why the host city is refusing to accept Wisła Kraków fans.

The letter reads: "GKS Katowice SA has received very disturbing reports about the possibility of various groups hostile towards Kraków fans arriving in Katowice on match day, seeking an opportunity for direct confrontation. This is related to the negative events involving Wisła Kraków fans that took place last year and were reported in the media. It should be noted that this poses a very serious safety risk to other participants in the competition, including players, referees, and other people attending the mass event."

The host of the competition refers to the resolution of the Management Board of the Polish Football Association regarding the rules for the participation of visiting team fans in football matches during central-level competitions.
