#WISZNI match with audio description
During the match against Znicz Pruszków at the stadium on Reymonta Street, there will once again be an audio-description broadcast for visually impaired and blind fans. Radio Kraków journalists will provide commentary, building suspense with their words and guiding us through the most important action of the match involving the White Star.
"A fan who is completely blind or has limited vision can 'see' what's happening on the pitch, and thus can participate in a football match in an even more accessible way," said Piotr Niesyczyński, a member of the Board of the "Nie Widząc Przeszkód" Foundation. "Audio description isn't just for people with disabilities. After the home match against Miedź Legnica, a long-time Wisła fan contacted us. It turned out he had brought a radio to the stadium himself, which made the match easier and more engaging for him. This confirms that everyone present at the stadium can benefit from the coverage," said Marcin Ryszka, President of the "Nie Widząc Przeszkód" Foundation and captain of Wisła Kraków BF.
Radio Kraków has become the partner of the "Nie Widząc Przeszkód" Foundation in broadcasting audio descriptions. Radio Kraków's radio presenters will be building the picture with their voices.
"Any person with a disability certificate who wants to take advantage of this type of coverage can borrow a radio for the duration of the match. In this case, please contact us by email: [email protected] ," added Mateusz Krzyszkowski, a member of the Foundation's Management Board.
