Karol Baran, motor preparation coach at Wisła Kraków

Karol Baran, who previously worked at the Wisła Kraków Academy, has joined the first team's training staff as a motor preparation coach.

Karol Baran was born on June 8, 1995. He has completed numerous certified courses, including those at the Elite Performance Institute, which holds international accreditations from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

In 2021, he began working at the Wisła Kraków Academy, responsible for the physical conditioning of the U-14 and U-15 teams, and then the CLJ U-17 and CLJ U-19 teams, as well as the reserve team. For years, he has been providing individual and group consultations to athletes of various disciplines.
