Polsat Sport channels will broadcast Wisła's matches in the European Cup qualifiers

Wisła Kraków is the first Polish club to begin competing for European cups in the new football season. Wisła Kraków's matches, which are slated to represent Poland in Europe, will be broadcast on Polsat sports channels and via Polsat Box Go online streaming. The Polish Cup winner will begin their quest to conquer the Old Continent on July 11th.

As winners of the Polish Cup, Wisła Kraków secured a spot in the UEFA Europa League qualifying rounds. The White Star has a long and rich history of competing in the European arena. Football fans in Poland still recall the quarterfinals of the European Champion Clubs' Cup in 1979 under Orest Lenczyk and with Adam Nawałka in the squad, as well as memorable battles against Parma, Schalke, and Lazio in the UEFA Cup during the era of Henryk Kasperczak and the generation of such great Polish players as Maciej Żurawski and Kamil Kosowski.

Europa League or perhaps Conference League? Broadcasts on Polsat Sport channels

The first obstacle standing in Wisła Kraków's way to European competition in the 2024/2025 season is Kosovo club Llapi Podujeve. The first-round Europa League qualifying matches will take place on July 11, with the return matches a week later on July 18.

All fans are rooting for the White Star to advance, but even a defeat won't mean the club's European adventure is over. A potential defeat in the Europa League qualifiers will see Wisła Kraków join Śląsk Wrocław and Legia Warsaw in the fight for entry into the UEFA Conference League. Fans of the Polish Cup winners are therefore guaranteed at least four matches for their favorites on the European stage.

Broadcasts of the White Star's home matches will be available on Polsat Sport channels and in the Polsat Box Go online streaming, just like in the case of the previously mentioned matches between Śląsk and Legia in the LKU qualifiers.
