Kacper Chełmecki leaves Wisła Kraków
21-year-old striker Kacper Chełmecki is moving on a permanent transfer to third-division Pogoń-Sokół Lubaczów.
Born on March 7, 2004, the player began his football career in the youth teams of Zawisza Rożnów and Dunajec Nowy Sącz, and joined the Wisła Kraków Academy in the summer of 2017. In subsequent years, he represented the White Star's youth teams, and also gained experience playing for ŁKS Łagów and KS Wiązownica while on loan.
During the 2023/2024 season and the following fall, Chełmecki played on loan at Stal Stalowa Wola. In the spring of 2025, he returned to the R22 side to join Wisła Kraków's reserves. In the spring round, he played 14 matches for Wisła II, scoring 3 goals and providing 5 assists in 938 minutes played.
