Kuziemka: We are ready for the hardships of the upcoming season
Wisła Kraków's second team will begin its Betclic III League campaign in just a few days. The Wisła players have completed several weeks of intensive preparation, building their form for the upcoming league season. Wisła II Kraków player Maciej Kuziemka spoke about his feelings about the upcoming matches and his work during the preseason.
Coach Bartosz Bąk's players will host KSZO Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski on home turf this coming Saturday, kicking off their third-division campaign. The young player recalls the positive atmosphere within the team ahead of the start of the competition.
"As a team, we're optimistic about the start of the season. We realize this season will be demanding and completely different than the last. We expect many challenges, but we're doing everything we can to prepare for them as best as we can."
Over the past month, the team, along with the coaching staff, has been working tirelessly to best prepare for the upcoming challenges and ensure they don't get caught off guard. The player briefly summarized this period and the work he's accomplished.
"Our preseason is coming to an end. These were intense weeks spent building our form before the league. I believe we've put in a good amount of work during this time and know we're ready for the challenges of the upcoming season."
This will be Wisła's first season in the third division, which means a completely new experience. According to the young player, the approach to training and the preseason haven't changed, and the team, as before, focused on building cohesion and perfecting their game.
"In terms of preparations, they weren't much different from the pre-season before the fourth league. Both this season and last, we trained intensively, working together and improving our game from match to match."
Maciej Kuziemka has clearly defined goals and plans for the upcoming season. As he himself states, he wants to continually develop his football skills and use his skills to help the team win.
"I'm working hard in training and feel prepared for the upcoming challenges in the third league. As a player, I want to continue to develop and will do everything I can to make the most of this time and opportunity. I intend to showcase my full potential."
Finally, the player mentioned his feelings about participating in the competition at the third league level.
"Of course, I'm excited and positive about our participation in the third division. I must admit that I'm already looking forward to the start of the league and the upcoming matches."
