Club announcement: Wisła Kraków supports capybaras.
The club has secured financial support for two capybaras, which are now symbolically sponsored by the White Star. This is another step towards building a responsible, socially engaged sports brand that—in addition to championing the highest sporting goals—consistently supports local initiatives and institutions with long traditions. The Krakow Zoo, like the Vistula River, is a place with a history, a mission, and strong roots in the city's identity.
The club took under its financial protection two capybaras, which from now on are under the symbolic sponsorship of the White Star.
This is another step towards building a responsible, socially engaged sports brand that, in addition to striving for the highest sporting goals, consistently supports local initiatives and institutions with long-standing traditions. The Krakow Zoo, like the Wisła River, is a place with a history, a mission, and strong roots in the city's identity.
Sponsoring capybaras is not only a gesture of financial support, but also an expression of concern for environmental education, animal protection, and the development of spaces that serve residents and future generations of fans. We believe that sport and social responsibility should go hand in hand – and that real action is more valuable than declarations.
Today, the president of TS Wisła Kraków SA, Jarosław Królewski, met with a representative of the Zoo in Kraków, including its deputy director, Miłosz Podwika.

We encourage all Wisła Kraków fans, business partners, and supporters to support zoos across Poland, especially the Kraków Zoo and its residents. Every form of support is an investment in nature conservation, the education of children and young people, and the development of local institutions.

Together we can do more – both on and off the pitch.
