More CLJ matches! U-15 starts the season!
Wisła Kraków's young players are preparing for their next Central Junior League matches. The U-19s and U-17s continue their league campaigns, while the U-15s will play their opening match of the 2025/26 season on Sunday!
Wisla Krakow U-19
The 3rd round match will be played on Saturday, August 23 at 11:00 in Lubin.
Last week, the U-19 team secured their second league victory, defeating Stal Rzeszów 2-0 in Myślenice. With six points and a two-win streak, Wisła have started the season in excellent style. Now they have a chance to extend their winning streak and strengthen their position at the top of the table.
In Round 3, the White Star's side will face Zagłębie Lubin away. Their opponents also started the season with a perfect record, and only their worse goal difference puts them just behind Wisła. This promises to be a very close match, with the winner likely to take the lead in the table.
Wisla Krakow U-17
The 3rd round match will be played on Saturday, August 23 at 11:00 in Myślenice.
The U-17 team started the season unbeaten, with one win and one draw. They performed particularly well in the derby match against Hutnik Kraków, which ended in a resounding 5-2 victory. This means Wisła currently sits in sixth place in the table.
In the upcoming round, the young players will host Stomil Olsztyn in Myślenice. Olsztyn's young representatives have only one point after two rounds and will certainly be looking for their first win of the season. Wisła Kraków faces a challenging match in which they will need to confirm their good form.
Wisla Krakow U-15
The 1st match of the season will be played on Sunday, August 24 at 12:00 in Rzeszów.
This weekend, Wisła Kraków U-15 also joins the CLJ competition. Last season, the young Wisła players finished 9th in the table, earning 32 points and scoring 55 goals. They're aiming to improve on that record this season, and could take the first step in their opening match.
The White Star's team will kick off the season with a trip to Rzeszów to face newly promoted Resovia Rzeszów. The hosts will be looking to get their Champions League campaign off to a strong start, capitalizing on their home field advantage. Everything points to the U-15 season kickoff offering plenty of excitement for fans.
