Królewski: Today Myślenice will be the brand that we will also promote

On Monday afternoon, the Wisła Kraków Training Center witnessed another historic event. The facility's lease agreement, which will be valid for the next 10 years, was signed within its walls. In the presence of Jarosław Szlachetka, Mayor of the City and Commune of Myślenice, the agreement was signed by Jarosław Królewski, President of the Club, and Michał Funek, President of the "Sport Myślenice" company.

"It's important to us that Wisła Kraków wants to remain in Myślenice for another ten years. Firstly, this secures the operation of our company, Sport Myślenice, and secondly, I believe there's no better place for Wisła Kraków's youth teams, and of course the senior team. Here, far from the hustle and bustle of the big city, you can train peacefully and prepare for your return to the Ekstraklasa," said Jarosław Szlachetka, Mayor of Myślenice.

"From our perspective, I think what's key to the agreement we managed to negotiate is the fact that it's based on partnership. We spent a long time searching for solutions that would be acceptable to the Municipality and "Sport Myślenice," but also to Wisła Kraków. I think we finally managed to negotiate an excellent agreement with a barter component. Myślenice has been our home for a long time and will remain so for at least another ten years," added President Jarosław Królewski. "A refresh is certainly necessary for several elements of this base. We are also open to expanding the base, but we can't define what will be built and when, because not everything depends on us. We will certainly analyze possibilities for external support, for example through ministerial programs," added the White Star President.

One element of the agreement is a provision aimed at promoting Myślenice. "We found an optimal solution, and we are very satisfied with it. Today, Myślenice will be a brand that we will also promote. For example, through the name Wisła Training Center Myślenice," noted Jarosław Królewski.
