Wisła Kraków has submitted a request to the Polish Football Association's Disciplinary Committee to initiate proceedings regarding the refusal to admit White Star fans during the #WPŁWIS match, scheduled for Sunday, October 27, 2024. We present the response received.

"The Disciplinary Committee of the Polish Football Association, having considered the case of the motion of 15/10/2024 from TS Wisła Kraków SA regarding the initiation of disciplinary proceedings against the Wisła Płock SA club regarding the rules of participation of visiting team fans in football matches during central-level competitions, decided, pursuant to Art. 133 § 6 of the Disciplinary Regulations, to refuse to initiate disciplinary proceedings in the case."

The justification reads: "The basis for refusing to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the Club is the premature nature of the Wisła Kraków Club's request (the match is scheduled to be played on October 27, 2024)".
